Hi, I’m Julia!

I discovered calligraphy over 10 years ago after stumbling across my mom’s old calligraphy supplies from college, as soon as I put the pen on paper, I was instantly hooked! What started out as a calming, creative outlet quickly became something I couldn’t put down. I wrote on everything I could, from ornaments and place cards to envelopes and gifts, and loved how something as simple as lettering could feel so personal.

I’ve always been passionate about doing work that brings joy to others, and calligraphy felt like the perfect blend of creativity, intention, and connection. Today, I’ve taught hundreds of students the art of calligraphy, engraved countless perfume bottles, and customized everything from holiday ornaments to meaningful keepsakes.

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, I draw a lot of inspiration from the people, the landscapes, and the mountains I love so much. I enjoy traveling throughout the state, meeting new people, and sharing my love of calligraphy, whether through a workshop or a one-of-a-kind custom piece. Seeing someone light up over a new hobby or a personalized gift brings me so much joy!
